USA Taekwondo is super excited to offer this Regional Poomsae Development Camp to Poomsae Athletes of all belt levels who hope to increase their poomsae skills from the ground up.
Camp Instructor
Master Giduk Gun has developed many athletes from grassroots level to the gold medal podium at the most elite level events including the World Taekwondo Poomsae

Schedule
Saturday 6/28 12-5 pm:
The focus will be on step by step instruction of the Poomsae foundational stances, kicks, and hand techniques.
Sunday 6/29 10 am 3 pm:
The focus will shift to instruction in developing strong performances via rhythm, speed, power, and expression of energy.
