Saturday, February 28

• 10:00am – 1:00pm: Colored Belts & Black Belts: Technical foundations, power generation, and essential drills.
• 1:00pm – 2:00pm: Lunch
• 2:00pm-5:00pm: Black Belts: High-performance freestyle insights, competition mindset, and elite execution.
