USA Taekwondo is super excited to offer this Regional Poomsae Development Camp to Poomsae Athletes of all belt levels who hope to increase their poomsae skills from the ground up.

Camp Instructor

Regional Head Coach Angelito Ong worked his way up from USATKD grassroots level to becoming a member of the USATKD National Poomsae Team and 2024 World Taekwondo Poomsae Championship gold medalist.

Schedule

Saturday 8/23 12-5 pm:

The focus will be on step by step instruction of the Poomsae foundational stances, kicks, and hand techniques.

Sunday 8/24 10 am-3 pm:

The focus will shift to instruction in developing strong performances via rhythm, speed, power, and expression of energy.
