To qualify for this course, you must meet the following requirements, listed below:

-International Referee for USA

-Within the last 2 years have attended a WT Refresher Course

-Within the last 2 years have worked at least 1 USATKD Nationals or US Open event

-Within the last 3 years have worked at least 2 International G ranked events

-Kyorugi must have an IR-2 or above

-Poomsae must have an IR-3 or above
