9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Session 1 – Tactics
11:00 AM - 11:45 AM: Q&A and Photo Op
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Session 2 – Contact Session
3:30 PM - 5:30 PM: The Rumble (Bring everything you’ve got!)

Participants Need:

Workout clothes or uniform (be ready to sweat!)
Full sparring gear
