10:30am to 11:30pm - Q&A and Photos
11:30am to 12:30pm - Lunch
12:30pm to 2pm Contact Session with CJ Nickolas
2:30pm to 4:30pm Sparring & Situations

8:30 to 12 - Contact Session & Rumble!

What you'll need:
-Athletic clothes, your full sparring gear, and plenty of water! They're going to work you HARD!
