Camp Schedule
Session 1: Foundations
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM - Build the engine. Master the essential biomechanics, stance transitions, and core stability required for a world-class Poomsae base.
Session 2: Advanced
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM - Refine the performance. Focus on elite kicking techniques, rhythm, tempo, and modern competition scoring optimization.
