SCHEDULE

Saturday 5/18: 12:00PM - 6 :00PM

Stance: Participants learn and practice different stances
Basic Poomsae unit movement
Basic Kicking

Sunday 5/19: 9:00AM - 3:00PM

Morning: Poomsae segmental exercise: improving performance and understanding of Poomsae segments. Athletes refine their movements and transitions.

Afternoon: Athletes will perform poomsae and receive evaluation / feedback from East Region Head Coach Giduk Gun. This evaluation will help athletes refine their technique, accuracy, and overall performance.

EQUIPMENT:

All you need is your full uniform, belt, and your A-Game!
