USA Taekwondo is here to support its athletes in every way possible, and one new way we're particularly excited about is through the provision of information to help make you stronger, physically and mentally, along with advice on how to effectively deal with the minor injuries - muscle pulls, stiffness, strains etc - to ensure you are back to fighting fitness as quickly possible.
We are putting together a panel of experts to provide regular commentary and articles in the areas of nutrition, sports psychology and basic first aid in the first instance but we are not limited to these topics! If there is an area you would like more information on just let us know and we'll do our best to get it covered asap!
