- 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM: Q&A with Photo Op
- 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Session 2 - Contact Session
- 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Session 3 - The Rumble
Participants Need:
- Workout clothes or uniform (be ready to sweat!)
- Full sparring gear
- Your game face! Coach Healy works people hard!
